Delta AL0A6 fault code meaning

Delta / AL0A6

Series: ASDA-A3

Absolute position coordinate mismatch between the drive and motor

servo drive

Meaning: Consider an example with drive A, motor A, drive B, and motor B. If absolute home coordinates have been established for drive A paired with motor A and for drive B paired with motor B, operating drive A paired with motor B will trigger AL0A6.

Series: ASDA-B3

Absolute position coordinate mismatch between the drive and motor

servo drive

Meaning: Absolute home coordinates have been established for the servo, but the motor is subsequently replaced with one whose absolute home coordinates have already been established with another drive, without reestablishing the absolute home coordinates.

Series: ASDA-E3

Absolute position coordinate mismatch between the drive and motor

servo drive

Meaning: Absolute home coordinates have been established for the servo, but the motor is subsequently replaced with one whose absolute home coordinates were established with another drive, and the absolute home coordinates are not re-established.

Series: ASDA-E3C-E, ASDA-H3

Absolute position coordinate mismatch between the drive and motor

servo drive

Meaning: After the servo drive has established absolute home coordinates, replacing the motor with one that previously had absolute home coordinates established with another drive triggers AL0A6.
