Delta AL0A3 fault code meaning
Delta / AL0A3
Series: ASDA-H3
Power module DC Bus undervoltage
servo drive
Meaning: 1. The main circuit voltage is below the specified voltage. The default error type for this alarm is warning (WARN). To change it to alarm (ALM), set P2.066 [Bit 9] to 1. 2.DC The Bus voltage is less than P8.089 × √2.
Possible causes
- Conditions:
- The main circuit voltage is below the specified voltage. The default severity of this alarm is warning (WARN). To change it to alarm (ALM), set P2.066 [Bit 9] to 1.
- DC Bus voltage value is less than P8.089 × √2. Cause:
- The main circuit input voltage is below the rated permissible voltage.
- No input voltage in the main circuit.
- Power supply input error (incorrect power supply system).

Power supply module (PM) DC Bus undervoltage
servo drive
Meaning: 1. The main circuit voltage is below the specified voltage. The default error type for this alarm is warning (WARN). To change it to alarm (ALM), set CP0.025 [Bit 2] to 1. 2.VP0.006 [Power supply module (PM) DC Bus voltage (filtered)] < CP0.024 x √2. When 3.CP0.025 [Bit 7] is set to 1 (default), Servo Off displays an alarm.
Possible causes
- Conditions:
- The main circuit voltage is below the specified voltage. The default error type for this alarm is warning (WARN). To change it to alarm (ALM), set CP0.025 [Bit 2] to 1.
- VP0.006 [Power supply module (PM) DC Bus voltage (filtered)] < CP0.024 x √2.
- When CP0.025 [Bit 7] is set to 1 (default), Servo Off displays an alarm. Cause:
- The main circuit input voltage is below the rated permissible voltage.
- No input voltage in the main circuit.
- Power supply input error (incorrect power supply system).
- Unstable power supply and sudden load application.
- Power supply module hardware fault.
