Delta AL055 fault code meaning
Delta / AL055
Series: ASDA-A3
Motor field error
servo drive
Meaning: 1. The difference between the monitored field reported by the Hall components and the field calculated internally by the servo is too large. 2. Detection is performed only when the linear motor speed is below 100 mm/s or the rotary motor speed is below 100 rpm.
Possible causes
- Conditions:
- The difference between the monitored field reported by the Hall component and the field calculated internally by the servo is too large.
- Detection is performed only when the linear motor speed is below 100 mm/s or the rotary motor speed is below 100 rpm. Cause: When PM.009 [Bit 4] = 1, the servo detects the motor's current field position and compares it with the field position indicated by the Hall components. This alarm is triggered if the difference is too large.

Motor field error
servo drive
Meaning: 1. The difference between the monitored field returned by the Hall components and the field calculated internally by the servo is too large. 2. Detection is performed only when the linear motor speed is below 100 mm/s or the rotary motor speed is below 100 rpm.
Possible causes
- Conditions:
- The difference between the monitored field reported by the Hall component and the field calculated internally by the servo is too large.

Motor field error (with Hall components)
servo drive
Meaning: 1.The difference between the monitored field reported by the Hall components and the field calculated internally by the servo is too large. 2.Outside the motor identification process, when Servo On and PM.009 [Bit 4] = 1, the linear motor speed exceeds 100 mm/s or the rotary motor speed exceeds 100 rpm.
Possible causes
- Conditions:
- The difference between the monitored field reported by the Hall component and the field calculated internally by the servo is too large.
- Outside the motor identification process, when Servo On and PM.009 [Bit 4] = 1, the linear motor speed exceeds 100 mm/s or the rotary motor speed exceeds 100 rpm. Cause:
- When the detection conditions are met, the servo detects the motor's current field position and compares it with the field position indicated by the Hall components. This alarm is triggered if the difference is too large.
- The Hall components are affected by interference.
- The Hall components are damaged.
- The Hall components have come loose due to faulty soldering.
- PM.006.Y, PM.007, and PM.008 detection error.
