Z-axis motor identification direction error

Meaning: The linear motor uses a Z-axis mechanism supported by contact with the bottom hardware limit, and PM.009 [Bit 7] = 1 (identification mode for a Z-axis mechanism supported by contact with the bottom hardware limit) is set, but the motor runs in the wrong direction.

Possible causes

• Condition: The linear motor uses a Z-axis mechanism supported by contact with the bottom hardware limit, and PM.009 [Bit 7] = 1 (identification mode for a Z-axis mechanism supported by contact with the bottom hardware limit) is set, but the motor runs in the wrong direction. Cause:
• The motor moves toward the bottom hardware limit.
• The total available travel is insufficient to cover 3 pole pitches.
• The motor becomes stuck or moves unevenly.
• Encoder position feedback error.
