Meaning: 1. 3-01 in the range of 3-13 ± 3-16 or 3-14 ± 3-16 or 3-15 ± 3-16 2. 3-00≤3-01 3. The setting error as per performing autotuning (e.g. 1-00 = 0, 1-06=0)
