Meaning: When DC voltage is below predetermined level, the transistors of converter are all switched off. When power source voltage drops abnormally, the D.C. bus voltage drops, by regenerating to power source. The L.V. function not only prevents unnecessary regenerating, but also reduces inrush current when the power source voltage rises sharply.
